Arc native USDC is the native value/gas asset and uses 18-decimal native units. Canonical ERC-20 USDC at
0x3600000000000000000000000000000000000000 uses 6 decimals. Graduation converts only exact 18-to-6-decimal amounts.
Cooket does not use ETH or WETH as its runtime base asset. The V3 periphery exposes a shared unsupported-protocol marker in the legacy constructor slot; the web validates that marker and never uses wrapping paths.
